Elder Barnes serves as the Chief Adjutant and Episcopal Administrator within IMFHCLC. She also serves as the Overseer of Media Ministry. Also, she serves as Jurisdictional Chief Adjutant (Northeast Arkansas) for the Divine Ministries International Fellowship, where Bishop Ronald Alexander is the Presiding Prelate. She has earned an Associate of Arts in Marketing. Currently, she has attended School of the Prophets - Prophetic Leadership Class (IMFHCLC) for two years and is preparing for the 2012 Graduation. Also, Elder Barnes is pursuing a Bachelor in Business Administration at Strayer University.
She is called to impart and activate the gifts of the Spirit in order to raise up strong ministries in the Body of Christ. God has gifted and entrusted her with the gift of interpretation of dreams, and a prolific revelation knowledge of the Word of God. Also, she has an awesome prophetic dance ministry that ushers in the presence of God. She has a prophetic anointing that reaches the longing souls and bring them into the knowledge of God that dwells within them.
Her passion is to instruct, motivate and organize the core staff and congregation into kingdom government and order by operating in their gifts, talents, ministries and offices through the anointing of the Holy Spirit.
Elder Barnes has a gentle and caring nature for the Body of Christ. She greatly believes in excellence, order, and creating an atmosphere of joyful services and fellowship among the people of God.
She is skilled at event-planing, being organized and very detail oriented with a spirit of excellence and order. She has expanded her knowledge in the media ministry, as well with recording, editing and producing experience.
She is the founder of Women on the M.I.S.S.I.O.N, established in 1997 which was a ministry that was birthed as a safe-haven for women. In February 2011, the name was changed to KINGDOM WOMEN OF DESTINY ALLIANCE, our motto is ?Helping Others Get From Where They Are To Where They Want To Be? -- For if you keep silent at this time.....who knows whether you have not come to the kingdom for such a time as this? (Esther 4:14). KWDA is a place for women who know they have a calling and are operating in ministry but feel alone or isolated in ministry, women that sense a call but have not stepped out because of lack of information or direction and women in established ministries that simply want to join with other women in ministry for spiritual support & fellowship. This alliance is not only a safe-haven for those already working in ministry, but also to nurture, prepare and propel women into ministry, especially the single sisters. It is a place for predestined women to understand and operate in their dominion, influence and authority in the Kingdom of God.
She has a great anointing of administration with fourteen years of Executive Leadership. She has assisted in establishing churches and non-profit faith-based organization through her own business, Bridging the Gap Consulting Agency to help churches and non-profit faith-based organizations by applying for their 501c3 tax-exemption status, incorporation, accounting and tax services and a host of other services design to "get their business in order".
Presently, Elder Barnes serves under Bishop N.D. Timmerman and Pastor Marietha Timmerman of In My Father's House Community Life Centers, Inc. She served as an Elder and adjutant for over eleven years. And now, is preparing to be released into pastoral ministry (Kingdom Pathway To Destiny Worship Center), according to Romans 15:20-21, ?And so I have made it my aim to preach the gospel, not where Christ was named, lest I should build on another man's foundation, but as it is written: 'To whom He was not announced, they shall see; And those who have not heard shall understand".
